We build our products to the highest standards, but even the best-built equipment and components can sometimes fail. Service & Support Outside USA

For service outside the USA, please contact your authorized international dealer.

RA Information

An RA (Return Authorization) number is required for service and repairs. If you’d like to obtain an RA number, please fill out the following form and we will contact you back with your RA number and shipping instructions.

Note:  All repairs on used Z amps will incur a $70 minimum bench charge.
All repairs on used Z amps have a 90 day warranty.

*For Z-Drive repairs please fill out THIS FORM and submit it to info@earthquakerdevices.comAll Z-Drives come with a transferable lifetime warranty through Earthquaker Devices.

Warranty Policy

  • Limited warranty is available only to the original owner who purchased a product from an authorized dealer.
  • To obtain warranty services and repairs you must register your product.
  • The limited warranty period is three (3) years from the date of purchase. After this three (3) year period, parts and labor charges will apply.
  • All tubes and speakers are specifically excepted from the three (3) year limited warranty and are limited to a ninety (90) day warranty.
  • The limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence to the product.
  • Product warranty is only valid in the United States of America.
  • A valid warranty claim will be needed to issue an RA number.
  • Upon obtaining an RA number, please contact repairs@drzamps.com to discuss shipping arrangements.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Dr. Z Amps.
  • Dr. Z Amps will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after warranty service is complete.
  • The limited warranty will not cover any Dr. Z product which has been serviced by an unauthorized person.
