WE WILL GLADLY ASSIST YOU IN LOCATING THE CORRECT TUBES AND/OR FUSES FOR YOUR AMP.

*Dr. Z Repairs Dept. only services Dr. Z branded amplifiers and accessories. Repairs for other manufacturers’ products will not be accepted. Warranties are valid in the contiguous 48 United States only.

RA Information

An RA (Return Authorization) number is required for service and repairs. If you’d like to obtain an RA number, please fill out this form.

Note:  All repairs on used Z amps will incur a $100 minimum bench charge.
All repairs on used Z amps have a 90 day warranty.

*For Z-Drive, ZEQD PRE, and Variable Boost Footswitch Ver. 2 repairs please submit THIS FORM to Earthquaker DevicesAll Z-Drives, ZEQD PREs, and Variable Boost Footswitch Ver. 2 come with a transferable lifetime warranty through Earthquaker Devices.

Warranty Policy

  • Limited warranty is available only to the original owner who purchased a product new from an authorized dealer in the contiguous 48 United States.
  • To obtain warranty services and repairs you must register your product.
  • The limited warranty period is three (3) years from the date of purchase. After this three (3) year period shipping, parts, and labor charges will apply.
  • All tubes and speakers are specifically excepted from the three (3) year limited warranty and are limited to a ninety (90) day warranty.
  • The limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence to the product.
  • Product warranty is only valid in the 48 contiguous United States of America.
  • A valid warranty claim will be needed to issue an RA number.
  • Upon obtaining an RA number, the Repair Dept. will be in contact to discuss shipping arrangements.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Dr. Z Amps.
  • Dr. Z Amps will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer after warranty service is complete.
  • The limited warranty will not cover any Dr. Z product which has been serviced by an unauthorized person.
