In most cases we only require you to ship the amp chassis without the speaker cabinet. Unless the repair dept. has determined this is an extenuating circumstance (issue with cabinet/speaker), then it is recommended to send the chassis by itself. Repairs will instruct you on how to remove the chassis from the combo cabinet, how to pack, and then ship safely.
I understand that I am recommended to send the chassis in by itself, unless otherwise instructed by the Repair Dept.
